I've got a lot of random interests. Some that come to mind immediately are:

• Local history in general
• geography
• languages
• Canada
• Recent changes

I live in New England, but I grew up in Detroit, hence my interest in many of the pages I obsess about -- and my interest in Canada. I spent a lot of time watching the CBC during the Trudeau years...and I'm still waiting for: The Friendly Giant, Mr. Dressup, and [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canada's_Walk_of_Fame Wayne and Shuster] on DVD.
